Our Story
Instant Per Diem Attorney Service was founded by Cesar Zuniga, Esq. to solve a problem he saw firsthand: law firms struggling to find reliable, professional per diem attorneys on short notice. Too often, firms had to scramble for coverage, accept attorneys who were unfamiliar with the courthouse, or go without coverage entirely — risking defaults, adjournments, and client dissatisfaction.
Cesar built Instant Per Diem to be different. The service focuses on three things that matter most to busy attorneys: speed, reliability, and accountability. When you book through Instant Per Diem, you get a licensed attorney who knows the courthouse, follows your instructions, and delivers a same-day written report after every appearance.
Today, Instant Per Diem Attorney Service covers courts across New York and New Jersey, serving solo practitioners, mid-size firms, and large litigation practices. Our network of per diem attorneys handles court appearances, depositions, hearings and motions, and landlord-tenant matters — with typical confirmation within 15–30 minutes.
