FAQ’S Answered: Are you able to appear for Non-attorneys?

Hey, it’s Cesar again from Instant Per Diem Attorneys, just answering a couple more questions. this one is, “Can you handle last-minute or same-day requests for appearance coverage?”, and the answer is Yes. We understand that urgent situations may arise but we do recommend that if you already know in advance that you place your order as far in advance as possible to ensure and improve the odds of getting last-minute coverage. We cannot guarantee, for example, coverage requests that come on the same day. We will do our very darn best to get that covered but please understand that if there are an X amount of appearances on that particular day, the roster of per diem attorneys available to appear may have been exhausted, alright?

So the answer is yes, and we will do our hardest even in the toughest situation, but we do recommend that you submit your request as far in advance as possible. All right, have a good day.
